To finish mold machining more efficiently, one set of Zeiss CMM and one set of Mikron CNC machine installed completely in October,2018 . And had put into use in November, 2018.

The transom is made of ceramic material, have the advantage for good stability, high hardness, low temperature sensitivity, etc.

Stroke:0.8m*0.5m

Especially about the Mikron five-axis machine, customers especially expect for its coming. Since the new machine put into use, we greatly improved accuracy and processing efficiency. Similarly , customers would know that it is more confident for our mold quality.

Except two new machines, We have ordered one set of 800T injection machine, which will be put into use in March this year. This will offer greater convenience for our mold trial condition. Believe that Ahead ’s one stop service will more perfect.

Since Ahead set up, our target have been come true again and again and it is slow and steady step by step to make progress. We are all striving to surpass last year’s achievement in every year. We have the inexhaustible power to keep our feet.
